11.116 Consolidated Glass 6 Light in Original Copper Finish
You may recognize this fixture by consolidated---it comes in a number of different upper portions and finishes. Ours is nearly all original--we replaced the chain and slip collar, but otherwise it got an overall cleaning and fresh stain lacquer. Gorgeous art deco design by a master glass manufacturer from the 1930. Consolidated is widely regarded as one of the finest designers of art deco slip shades. This fixture features an amazing bottom glass without a finial. This hangs with a small gap between it and the frame on one side as 2 of the 5 mounting tabs are missing, a very common problem on this fixture, but the shade will seat perfectly safely is care is taken. One side shade has a 3/8” chip on the side back (see photo) Other minor nicks but not worth mentioning. A three way switch allows three different light levels plus off, or just set the switch and control it from a wall switch. Drop is 41” but can be adjusted by removing links of chain. 18” diameter.
